regarding the back of the box, I will paint this the colour of the columns so please supply it in a suitable finish that I can paint over.

Good afternoon Rosemary. Your company was good enough to supply and install a Cambridge letterbox at our house in Elizabeth Vale.

An appointment was made for 10.00am

On the day of the installation your installer phoned to say he was on his way, arriving just before 10.00am as arranged.

This is excellent service as so many times I have had tradespersons make appointments and not show.

After installation we changed our mind about the angle the letterbox was on. The next day I phoned requesting the angle be altered, and your excellent installers were there within 2 hours correcting our error.

We have received compliments from our neighbours and other people who like the quality of your product.

Hope you are well and had a good Christmas and New Year.

Not sure if you remember me, but you were a big help with finalising our new letterbox plate design a couple of years ago (remember the Bee!).

I promised to send you a photo when the letterbox was in place, painted etc and it is finally done. One of your people came out to take a photo a little while back, but it was still not done at that stage - I am sure she told you. Actually it is not yet glued down - mainly because we are deliberating about putting a bit of garden next to it, so may want to move it slightly.

I have taken a few photos for you at different angles and in slightly different light. To maintain the resolution I will not compress them, but as the file sizes are large, I will send the extra photos as three further separate emails.

I painted the letterbox in Colourbond colour Surf Mist, to match the render and gutters on the house.

We are delighted with how it has turned out.
Hope these are what you are after.
